We want you to love your Kind To Me pieces. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we’ll cover the cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
